We have loved seeing everyone's "Top YA Books for Halloween" lists this week. There are a lot of creepy reads we need to check out -- like The Replacement by Brenna Yovanoff, Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children by Ransom Riggs, or even The Stand by Stephen King.

While we work on getting our hands on those books, we wanted to get YOUR hands on THESE books!

Tempted (House of Night, #6) Trance
TEMPTED by PC and Kristin Cast, and TRANCE by Linda Gerber

Yes, friends, this is a giveaway. And an easy one, at that. All you have to do to enter is leave a comment before next Wed, Nov 2nd, and tell us what you're doing for Halloween. Going to a party? Dressing up as Tinkerbell? Staying home to hand out candy? Let us know, and you'll be entered to win one of these 2 books.

(Must have a US mailing address. Sorry, international friends!)

Also, we'd love if you would spread the word on Twitter or FB. Thanks!

Great giveaway! I'm going to my friends Halloween party and am dressing up as sookie stackhouse! It's a quick and easy costume, and it's one of my favorites!

I'm still thinking about what I want to be for Halloween! I'm considering Cleopatra, just because I have the costume on hand, but I think I want to be something more creative...

What about you?

I've haven't bought anything for it yet, because I'm a horrible procrastinator, but I thought I would just go as a hillbilly farm girl - get those fake teeth and carry around a stuffed pig all night, and stuff, haha.
Still trying to figure out if we're supposed to buy candy, or if the apartment complex is doing something else for the kids. No one has let us know, yet! :/

Awesome Giveaway - you really need to read The Replacement - love it! I work at a college and am throwing a party for the students and dressing as The Joker. Then home to take the kids trick or treating! Happy Halloween!

I'm dressing up as a pirate for Halloween while my bff's are dressing up as a warrior and Hermione Granger. We're going to chaperone her little sister and her friends when they go trick or treating.

I haven no idea what I'm doing for Hallowe'en yet. I'll probably be doing schoolwork and eating some form of chocolate. :P Riveting, I know.

Thanks for participating, everyone! We loooove the costumes!

@Sara-
None of us dressed up, but a couple of us have kids. They went as witches and Harry Potter. :)

I missed the deadline but it was so much fun reading everyone's comments, I had to comment. My husband and I watched all the classic horror movies like Halloween and Friday the 13th!
