Twitter Tuesday

Okay, this may be cheating because they're our tweets, but still...(the best):

Let's get straight to the funny:

And leave you with some inspiration:

...and some excitement:

What are your exciting plans for the summer?  Ours are not to melt in the Cincinnati heat and humidity...editing,querying,writing, reading...and maybe hit up a few author signings.  xx

  1. LOL. Some of these tweets just totally made my morning. I agree with Shannon! It's SO crazy to think that people you don't know---and maybe never will know---will read your work, AND maybe even be influenced by it. I find it even more amazing how years from now people might still be reading something like "The Fault In Our Stars" and have it become such an impact in their lives.

  2. @Jennifer...yay, so glad you like our roundup! Good points about TFIOS, it does seem rather timeless. Augustus' cigarette metaphor certainly will stand the test of time (in our minds).

  3. I love your retweets about writing; those are things I have to repeatedly tell myself in the face of reading such talented authors.

I often find myself following new people on Tuesdays. :P

  4. @Kaye...thanks so much!! we know what you mean about all those talented writers. twitter makes it seem like you'll never make it in or have that "big announcement." It can be pretty daunting, but when so many writers offer encouragement, and with a little perspective, it helps. And We Heart YA thinks you should stick to what you're doing because we think you're fab!
